Day of sales in Piazza Affari on the Cir share, which around 15 pm leaves more than two and a half percentage points on the field, at 1,094 euros. The restructuring of the subsidiary's debt weighs on the group's shares Sorgenia.
As reported today by the newspaper Il Messaggero, the creditor banks have asked Cir to recapitalize Sorgenia for 300 million euros. The company's response is expected by Monday.
In Piazza Affari, meanwhile, Cir's performance also penalizes the reference shareholder Cofide, which leaves 2% on the ground.
