The new year begins as best it could not for the share on the Stock Exchange of Bialetti industrie, which - after a passage in a volatility auction due to an excess of rise - in the early afternoon manages to gain more than seven percentage points, to 0,5795 euro, on the segment Mta of Piazza Affari. 

On December 29, the company had signed a new debt restructuring agreement with the creditor banks, also announcing a capital increase of 14,2 million euros (of which Bialetti Holding will subscribe up to 9,1 million). Today the company announced that "all the conditions precedent have been met and the agreement has therefore become effective according to the established terms".

The agreement signed by Bialetti, which at the end of November had debts of 61 million euros, provides, among other things, for the rescheduling of unsecured loans (equal to approximately 11 million euros) and mortgages secured by pledges (approximately 4 million ) through the remodulation of the relative amortization plan; the commitment of the banks to confirm the short-term lines of mixed and cash nature, for a total amount of approximately 79 million, in addition to the factoring lines for approximately 6 million and credit lines for other 6 million, with application of the rates envisaged by the Maneuver, and Bialetti's commitment to appoint Antonella Negri-Clementi as director, who will have the task of supervising the restructuring plan.
