Borsa, good Milan. Spread below 140

After Monday's storm, rebound i European stock lists with Piazza Affari in line, thanks to coverings and the recovery of the banking sector.

The EBA's decision not to grant extensions beyond 30 September to the moratorium on the new methods of writing down non-performing loans also weighs on the banks.
