Stock exchange: Avio, IPO between the end of 2011 and the beginning of 2012

Avio will land in Piazza Affari between the end of 2011 and the beginning of the new year. “We await the completion of the approval process by Consob – explained the managing director of the company active in the aerospace sector, Francesco Caio, on the sidelines of the Cernobbio forum -, we expect the green light in the next three-four weeks. Then we will evaluate on the basis of market trends”. The times for listing on the Stock Exchange remain those established: “The window – added Caio – is between the end of the year and the beginning of next. We are working on the IPO”.
