Mps still flies at Square in Business. The title of the Sienese institute still shines at the Milan Stock Exchange after yesterday's leap, with an increase at 11,35 am of 4,22% to 0,58 euros, amidst already intense volumes.
In less than three hours, 118 million shares changed hands, against the 250 million traded yesterday, while the daily average for the last month stood at 148 million shares traded. After falling to a low of 40 cents per share on January 30, MPS stock has recovered almost 50% of its value in the last 20 days, returning to early December levels.
By mid-morning, Mps is the stock with the highest increase. Buzzi Unicem (+2,09%), Saipem (+1,02%), Ubi Banca (0,80%) and Snam (0,65%) also make gains.
