Agronomia will be listed on Aim Italia next week. The company specializing in the production of packaged salads will start negotiations on May 6. The group, accompanied in the process towards the Milanese listing by the advisor Sintesi and by Nomad Integrae, will land on the Stock Exchange at a price of one euro per share, for a total capitalization of approximately 32 million euro and total funding of 6,16, 2,5 million shares, of which 3,66 million through a capital increase and XNUMX million through sale.
The free float will be equal to 19,22%. Following this, again in the month of May, the debuts of Ecosuntek are expected, active in the mini-hydroelectric and power generation sector and Esse Benessere, a company born on the ashes of the former Blockbuster Italia chain and which operates in the parapharmaceutical and food retail.
If the process is confirmed, within a month the Borsa Italiana market dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises will rise to 44 companies, with 15 debuts in 2013 and 8 (so far 5) in 2014. Wellness will be Nomad Envent (for both) and the advisors Methorios and Ambromobiliare.
