Boom of new permanent contracts: +20,7%

If we also consider the conversions of fixed-term contracts to open-ended contracts and the apprentices "transformed" into permanent contracts, there are 403.386 new contracts with open-ended contracts entered into in the first two months of the year.

Therefore, the share of new stable employment relationships went from 37,1% in the first two months of 2014 to 41,6% in the first two months of 2015.
