In the first two months of 2015, there were 307.582 new permanent employment contracts entered into in Italy, surveyed by INPS, 20,7% more than in the same two-month period in 2014. If we also consider conversions to permanent contracts of fixed-term relationships and the apprentices "transformed" into open-ended contracts are 403.386 new permanent employment relationships stipulated in the first two months of the year (in this case the change compared to the same period of 2014 is +12,3%). Therefore, the share of new stable employment relationships went from 37,1% in the first two months of 2014 to 41,6% in the first two months of 2015.
