The INPS has finally published the instructions on how to request the bonus mom tomorrow 2017, the most awaited welfare measure among those introduced by the family package of the last Budget law (800 euros one-off for all women who are about to have or have had a child, with no income ceiling).
Starting from 4 May, INPS writes, the mom tomorrow 2017 bonus can be requested electronically through one of the following channels:
1) via web, using the telematic services of the portal www.inps.it, accessible directly by the applicant via strong Pin;
2) by calling the Integrated contact center at the number 803164, free from a landline, or at the number 06164164 for calls from mobile phones with charges to be paid by the user;
3) through the telematic services of patronages.
certify the state of pregnancy you can follow one of the following options:
– presentation of the original certificate or certified copy at the counter, or sending it by registered post;
– indication of the telematic protocol number of the certificate issued by the NHS or ASL affiliated doctor;
– indication of successful transmission of the certificate to INPS for a request relating to another service connected to the same pregnancy;
– for non-working mothers only, indication of the 15-digit identification number of a medical prescription issued by a doctor of the NHS or affiliated with it, with indication of the exemption code between M31 and M42 inclusive.
The mom bonus tomorrow 2017, recalls INPS, “will be paid upon request by the future mother at the end of the seventh month of pregnancy (beginning of the 8th month) or at birth or adoption or foster care, for events occurring after 1 January 2017".
The mom tomorrow 2017 bonus is granted "in one solution by event and in relation to each child born or adopted/entrusted. To be entitled to the benefit, pregnant women/mothers must be in possession of Italian or EU citizenship; non-EU citizens in possession of the status of political refugees and subsidiary protection are equivalent to Italian citizens; for non-EU citizens, the possession of a long-term EU residence permit or one of the residence cards for family members of EU citizens required by Legislative Decree 30/2007 is required”.
La application to obtain the 2017 mum bonus must be presented “without delay within one year of the occurrence of the event. Only for events occurring from 1 January to 4 May 2017, the date of issue of the electronic acquisition procedure, the one-year deadline for submission starts from 4 May".
If the application is submitted after childbirth has already taken place, the mother will have to self-certify the child's tax code in the application. Non-EU citizens in possession of a valid residence permit for the purposes of the birth grant must certify the possession of this title by entering the details in the online application.
