The road show that precedes the IPO for the landing on Piazza Affari began yesterday - The new shareholders will be able to count on a "generous dividend" (70% of the profits will be distributed) and on a unique bonus share: a new share every 15 for residents of the provinces of Milan, Monza, Varese and Novara – Only one out of every 20 for all the others.

Bonomi: Sea will yield double a BTP

In the next three years Sea it will make double a Btp. This is the promise made by Giuseppe Bonomi, president of the company that manages Milan's airports, tostart of the road show preceding the IPO of 15% of the capital. The offer will end on November 30th and the debut in Piazza Affari is scheduled for December 6th. The new shareholders will therefore be able to count on a “generous dividend” (70% of profits will be distributed) and on bonus shares.

A curiosity: the bonus provides for a new share every 15 for residents of the provinces of Milan, Monza, Varese and Novara. Only one out of every 20 for everyone else. The Brescians are penalized, defended instead by Bernardo Caprotti of Esselunga, who suggests a new hub in Montichiari.

According to the latest rumors, there would be already a hundred investors – of the 240 interviewed – willing to bet on Sea. The subjects contacted include Italian and foreign companies such as Allianz, Fidelity, Gestielle, Pioneer, Invesco, Generali, Arca, Mediolanum and Amber.

In a few days, the four global coordinators (Banca IMI, Unicredit, Mediobanca and Morgan Stanley, in addition to the book runners Deutsche bank and Bnp-Paribas) will have to pull the strings for the meetings.

From the final price will depend the decisive move of Asam, the holding company through which the Province of Milan holds 14,56% of Sea's shares. Asam has undertaken to exit the company's capital, but if it deems the price insufficient, it could reconsider. At that point the whole operation would fail.
