The transfer of Sergio Rosso to Investindustrial "includes all of Sergio Rossi's industrial assets, the rights associated with the footwear brand and the entire distribution network and" will allow – reads a note – the company to continue along its development path thanks to a strategic partner capable of solidly supporting the brand and with long-term growth prospects”.

At the moment, the financial details of the operation are not known, which should close in the next few weeks.
