The first, a subsidiary of the Bolognese Hera, manages incinerators, composting plants, selection and separation platforms, landfills and inerting plants. The second, a company in the Luci group, manages industrial, special and toxic-harmful waste disposal plants. The two companies have decided to join forces, combine know-how and collaborate on environmental recovery projects by offering a turnkey service to companies.
Herambiente and Gesteco have signed a letter of intent in which they undertake to collaborate, through the exchange of information and knowledge, in the proposition and implementation of environmental reclamation and recovery interventions in the iron and steel sector throughout the country.
The iron and steel sector requires frequent modifications to plants and structures and environmental interventions must be continuous.
