Eni has placed on the market a 15-year issue for an amount of 1 billion euro – Strong demand, price guidance revised downwards.
The placement of the 15-year bond launched this morning by Eni has closed: the final amount of the issue was one billion euros. Demand was good, exceeding 3 billion euros, allowing the yield to drop up to 120 basis points above the midswap rate, against an initial guidance indicated at 130 bp.
The transaction was handled by a pool of banks made up of Banca IMI, BNP Paribas, Db, HSBC and Mistubishi. Meanwhile, Eni's shares advanced by 0,81 in mid-afternoon.
