School of Ideas Golinelli Foundation of Bologna has decided to do "The small hours" with a new project for children, teenagers and families. The 2 thousand square meter space under the Voltone del Podestà (piazza re Enzo, 1/n), dedicated to promoting the creativity of children aged 18 months to 13 years, will also open on Saturday evenings, from 19 to 21 pm, for three special events: on 7 February with the laboratory on electromagnetism, a snack and the show on Guglielmo Marconi at the Kizè Teatro, on 7 March with the reconstructions of dinosaurs by the APPI paleontological association and on 18 April with the laboratory of musical instruments with recycled materials and the household appliance concert by Recycled Circo Musicale.

If I say sun, then everything shines: wireless imaginary with Kizè Teatro

A journey into the imaginary world to discover Guglielmo Marconi's inventions, a performance that combines the languages ​​of theater and dance with scientific content. Workshops on electromagnetism and, to follow, the debut show "If I say sun, then everything shines: wireless imagination" by Kizè Teatro (from 6 to 99 years).

Kizè Teatro was born in Bologna in 2008 from Fabiana Giordano's experience as an actress. The group, made up of actors and musicians, is aimed above all at children with the production of readings, animations and shows. The research of Kizè Teatro is oriented towards combining contemporary theatrical languages ​​with the fruitive dimension of the child.

Discovering dinosaurs with the APPI Paleontological Association

On the trail of large and small prehistoric animals: creative and interactive workshops, animated readings, reconstructions of dinosaurs that really existed, fossil remains of animals and plants, for an evening to discover prehistoric animals. Organized by the Golinelli Foundation and the APPI paleontological association (from 4 to 99 years).

The Italian Paleontological Association of Parma (APPI) carries out scientific dissemination of the wonders of the prehistoric world, organizing conferences and promoting the culture of paleontology also in schools with meetings and educational workshops.

Musical Circus with Recycled Musical Circus

Workshops for the creation of musical instruments from recycled materials followed by ensemble music and a "household appliance tour" concert with the musical instruments produced during the afternoon workshop. Organized by the Recycled Musical Circus (from 6 to 99 years).

Il Riciclato Circo Musicale is a band from the Marche region, born in 2006. Four musicians who have always been involved in experimental sound research. Recycled Circo Musicale in fact uses recycled materials, everyday objects and scrap found at home, in the cellar or in landfills: with them he builds instruments of all kinds. He also uses household appliances such as hair dryers and blenders from which he derives instruments with bizarre names: the contrabarattolo, an electric bass built with an acid can, the vignarolophon, a hair dryer that plays with a synthesizer effect, the jar, a cinbalon made with broomsticks and steel strings.
