The project has undergone a change in recent weeks: Monte Paschi will not participate in the newco in which the Tuscan group Bassilichi will have 60% and Accenture the remaining 40%. Siena, according to what has been disclosed so far, was to participate in the newco with a 14% stake. For the divestment, the bank is creating a business branch, identifying the resources to be transferred to the newco from the Administrative Activities Department which over XNUMX employees head.
