Pier Luigi Bersani has no doubts: Matteo Renzi will play an active role in the Democratic Party's electoral campaign. “Our strength is that we are a great popular, pluralist force – said the secretary of the Democratic Party after having lunch with the mayor of Florence -. The two seem to have so archived any disagreement related to the primaries. “It is normal for a party like the Democratic Party to discuss the electoral campaign after the primaries are over – confirmed Renzi -. And it's normal that when the primaries end, you can stay in a party even if you lose. Too many people are used to running away with the ball, I'm not made that way."
