To be precise, a liter of green is sold for 2,01 euros per litre, a level not reached since the 1977 crisis.
In general, in the Marches the price situation is the worst in Italy due to the higher regional excise duties introduced and so, scrolling through the price rankings, the A14 in the Marche section is the most expensive section in Italy, with lead-free "served" now at two euros per litre, and diesel between 1,85 and 1,86 cents.
Fortunately, the national averages are slightly lower, but the scenario remains worrying, with the liter of green still traveling above 1,9 euros and diesel around 1,80. Considering inflation, these are the highest prices ever. Yesterday morning Eni once again increased the recommended petrol and diesel prices by 0,5 cents and there were also adjustments for Esso, Shell, Tamoil and TotalErg.
