Petrol, the increases continue and competition grows

Prices go up again. This was revealed by Daily Energy, even if the increases in served mode were continued in the territories. Good news instead for the weekend: during the weekend the prices on the self-service will be discounted. Drivers: get ready for new queues at petrol stations!

It, which imposed minimal increases yesterday, intervened on prices with a 1 euro cent/litre increase on petrol and diesel and TotalErg with 0,5 cents on both products as well. Competition is developing on the territory in a served mode, and this contributes to the gradual rise in prices. No-logos are also on the rise, albeit to a lesser extent. Eni sets new prices for the weekend at 1,600 euro/litre for petrol and 1,500 for diesel and Esso becomes competitive again on the Self. The company is sufficiently variable in the size of the price cut while IP moves with deep discounts but also with the service and during the opening hours. TotalErg cuts prices on the self.

The national average prices served are today 1,815 _/l for petrol, 1,704 for diesel and 0,777 for LPG. Downhill highs for the green one at 1,895 euros/litre, up for diesel to 1,744 and down for LPG to 0,806. In detail, at country level the average price of petrol, in served mode, ranges from 1,802 euro/litre for Eni to 1,815 for Tamoil (no-logo up to 1,707). Instead, for diesel, Eni's 1,693 euro/litre went to 1,704 in Q8 (no-logo up to 1,573). LPG is between 0,750 euro/litre again for Eni and 0,777 for Q8 (no-logo at 0,752).
