The Board of Directors of Stable Goods has given the green light for the distribution of an interim dividend for the 2018 financial year equal to € 0,021369 per share (net of treasury shares held by the company) for a total value of 48,47 million euro. The real estate investment company made it known in a note, specifying that the down payment will be made paid from 19th December, with record date the previous day and coupon detachment the day before.
As regards the project for the merger by incorporation of Beni Stabili in Covivio (formerly Foncière des Régions), approved by the respective shareholders' meetings last September, the payment of this advance allows Beni Stabili to comply also in 2018 with the regulatory requirements established by the special tax regime applicable to Siiqs.
Mid morning the stock of Beni Stabili on the Stock Exchange travels around parity, at 0,7415 euros.
