ECB: loans to Greece only with Troika consent

Greek banks' access to ECB funds will only continue with an agreement with the troika. This was supported by an ECB spokesman, who released these statements today: "The continuation of the granting of loans - says the spokesman - is based on the technical extension of the EFSF aid program until 2015 and on the existence of an IMF program . It is also based on the successful conclusion of the current bailout program and a subsequent agreement between the Greek authorities and the EU commission, in liaison with the ECB and the IMF”.
