The turbulence on the markets "highlights above all the complexity and incompleteness" of the decisions taken by the leaders of the eurozone at the summit of 21 July: this is what the president of the EU Commission Josè Barroso writes in the letter he sent to EU leaders today, where he complains also the "unruly communication" of Europe on the front of the crisis. The president of the EU Commission José Barroso also asked EU leaders to "review the effectiveness of the state-saving fund", so that it is able to deal with the "current contagion" of the debt crisis.
