The Bank of Italy has entrusted a Committee of high-level experts with the task of carrying out an evaluation of the stakes in its capital. He communicates it via Nazionale, also making it known that Franco Gallo, former president of the Constitutional Court, Lucas Papademos, former vice president of the European Central Bank and Greek prime minister, and the Rector of the Bocconi University of Milan, Andrea Sironi, are part of it.

The first meeting of the Committee was held today in the presence of the governor Ignazio Visco, the general manager Salvatore Rossi and the deputy general manager Fabio Panetta.
