Wind formalized, with a letter of intent sent today to F2i (the first shareholder of Metroweb), its interest in making investments in ultra-broadband through a common vehicle identified in Metroweb Sviluppo. This makes possible a four-way alliance for the development of ultra-broadband in Italy
After Wind's move came the signing of a new one joint letter of intent signed by Vodafone Italia, which has already given the go-ahead, Wind and the two shareholders of Metroweb: F2i and Fsi (controlled by Cdp).
The joint letter of intent will contain the industrial plan to be implemented with the number of cities to be covered in ultra-broadband.
