Poste Italiane enters the broadband market with PosteCasa Ultrafast. The new solution not only allows you to reach a connection speed of 1 Gigabit per second, but also includes a second unlimited connection on the 4G network. With the aim of accelerating the digital transformation in the country, made even more necessary by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Poste Italiane's entry into the mail market optical fiber it is part of the “2024 Sustain & Innovate” Business Plan presented by the Chief Executive Officer Matthew Del Fante to respond to the growing demand for fast and reliable internet connection services, confirming the central role assumed by Poste Italiane for the modernization and digitization of our country.
In particular, the offer developed by Postepay – the digital payments and telephony company of the Poste Italiane Group – is available from Tuesday 25 May 2021 in all post offices until 31 August 2021 at a promotional price of 26,90 euros per month instead of 30,90.
PosteCasa Ultrafast – as stated in a note – provides two connection possibilities: the first via Fiber to surf from home without limits up to 1Gbps, after checking the geographical coverage, and a second from the 4G network to surf immediately without limits and access the connection anywhere WiFi thanks to the 4G connection of the PosteMobile SIM and a self-installing USB key connected to the modem. In addition, the package also includes the supply of a WiFi modem and a USB flash drive on free loan.
Instead the activation, delivery and installation by a specialized technician is expected a contribution of €49 instead of €99, in promotion until 31 August 2021.
