Banco Popolare sold a portfolio of non-performing loans which includes around 17 thousand positions for a total value of around 210 million. The company communicated it, specifying that there is no negative impact on the income statement.
The portfolio was purchased by Marte SPV, a vehicle owned by Hoist Finance, which operates throughout Europe in the NPL market, listed on the Stockholm Nasdaq.
