Banco di Napoli, half-year profit + 65%

The Bank of the Intesa Sanpaolo group closed its mid-year accounts earning 112 million euros – Financial assets fell by 1,1%, while loans increased by 6,6% in the first period between January and June.

Growth of over 65% on an annual basis for the net profit of Banco di Napoli (Intesa Sanpaolo group), which closed the first half with earnings of 112 million. In the same period, the cost/income ratio decreased by 62,9%, settling at 59,2%. Financial assets fell by 1,1%, while loans increased by 6,6% between January and June. The Bank is active in Campania, Puglia, Calabria and Basilicata and the number of its customers is approaching two million.
