The Board of Directors of the newly created Banco Bpm met yesterday to resolve, among other things, on the composition of the committees envisaged by the Articles of Association. The most awaited appointments were undoubtedly those of Pier Francesco Saviotti and Giuseppe Castagna, who respectively became president and vice president of the Executive Committee.

Internal Control and Risks Committee: Mario Anolli (President), Costanza Torricelli (Vice President), Carlo Frascarolo and Rita Laura D'Ecclesia.
Appointments Committee: Carlo Frascarolo (President), Giulio Pedrollo (Vice President), Michele Cerqua and Cristina Galeotti.
Remuneration Committee: Fabio Ravanelli (President), Emanuela Soffientini (Vice President), Paola Galbiati and Cristina Zucchetti.
Related Parties Committee: Cristina Zucchetti (President), Mario Anolli (Vice President), Marisa Golo and Costanza Torricelli.
