Banco Bpm: loan of 25 million to the OMR group

Banco Bpm has signed an agreement with Officine Meccaniche Rezzatesi, a company that produces components for some of the most important car manufacturers in the world. The institute has allocated a six-year loan of 25 million euros, mainly intended to support the group in the investment program aimed at the growth and development of innovation and internationalisation.

Omr has offices in Italy, Morocco, Brazil, China, India and the USA. The group, which employs a total of 3.450 employees (of which 1.850 in Italy), currently develops an aggregate turnover of approximately 770 million euros.

“The operation concluded between Banco Bpm and Omr – explains Marco Bonometti, president of the Omr group – confirms the spirit of collaboration that has consolidated over time between the bank and the company, with a view to growth and development. Despite the contingent difficulties that our country is going through, there is still the desire to undertake and face the difficult challenges that we have faced in recent years, activities that we do by trying to create a system between industry and finance".
