Banco Bpm's “Mortgage-Land Mortgage Loan for Bio-Building Companies” is born, the first in Italy for the financing of non-residential properties, built in green building, which recognizes the validity of the quality protocols of the builders called “Sistema Reliability Wood Building”, SALE and , for more complex buildings, the new SALE + version, developed together with FederlegnoArredo and presented today for the first time.
"Thanks to this loan - in both ordinary and agricultural versions - it is possible for SMEs to finance the purchase, renovation, expansion and construction of buildings intended for their business activity, made in green building and which therefore guarantee high standards energy efficiency, high anti-seismic resistance and shorter construction times compared to traditional construction techniques with significant management savings over time". This is what the bank note reads.
SMEs will have the possibility to request the delivery of the works at an advanced stage even with private agreement and without the need for an expert opinion, thus speeding up response times. Also available is the option of stipulation with deferred disbursement through which it is possible to choose the timing of the start of the loan.
"In recent years - continues the note - Banco Bpm has collaborated with FederlegnoArredo in the development of the certified quality protocol for SALE builders and together they have now made SALE + available for buildings of greater complexity: these are certifications - recognized by the main banking players and national insurance – which, without additional costs to be borne by the client companies, aim to give them greater security regarding the quality and construction capacity of the builder and the maintenance of the property's value over time”.
