AIRC Foundation for Cancer Research and Banco BPM have signed an exclusive agreement for five years, during which Banco BPM will work alongside AIRC as an institutional fundraising partner in support of scientific research and dissemination of correct information on prevention, the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
The agreement was signed by the managing director of Banco BPM, Giuseppe Castagna, and the president of the AIRC Foundation, Pier Giuseppe Torrani.

The partnership will bring added value in strategic areas for the mission of the AIRC Foundation: through i major fundraising events Banco BPM will help support the research on female cancer and pediatric cancer, training and specialization of young oncology talentsItalian, the disclosure of knowledge on the topics of cancer prevention and treatment and the information of citizens on the results and progress of research. Finally, the Bank undertakes to actively involve all its stakeholders – employees, customers, partners – in raising funds for AIRC.
