The shareholders' meeting of Banca Akros, the investment bank and private banking of the Bpm group, approved the 2016 financial statements with a net profit of approximately 6 million. In particular, the result for the year will be allocated to the distribution of a dividend of 0,077 euro per share, equal to around 3 million, while the remainder will be allocated to retained earnings.
Furthermore, the meeting appointed the eleven members of the board of directors headed by Graziano Tarantini as chairman.
