Banco Bpm enriches the Webank Mobile App with voice commands, a new function that allows the user to manage the account via smartphone.

Thanks to this novelty, which uses speech to text technology, the Webank Mobile App is able to record the user's voice instructions and carry out orders.

The voice assistant allows you to carry out the main banking operations, guide you in navigating the pages to facilitate and speed up access to the various functions of the App, provide information on the balance and movements of your card current account and offer assistance, for example, in search for the nearest agency.

The new function, available today for Webank customers, will be extended to all mobile customers of the Banco BPM group in the coming months.

The most commonly used disposition function was the bank transfer (51% of all disposition operations recorded), followed by telephone top-ups (11%), prepaid card top-ups (10%) and requests for information on the relationship.
