Banco Bpm has signed an agreement with the Cariverona Foundation. On the basis of the provisions of the agreement, the Cariverona Foundation transferred to the institute a tax credit of 6,8 million euros claimed for the payment to the Fund for the fight against child educational poverty. The bank communicates it through a note.

In fact, the fund serves to support experimental measures aimed at "removing the economic, social and cultural obstacles that prevent the full use of educational processes by minors".

The agreement was signed as part of the pact stipulated between ABI and ACRI and follows the transfer of the tax credit completed last year, confirming itself among the most significant in this area at national level.

“Banco BPM is among the institutes that have adhered to the ABI-ACRI protocol which set up this noble three-year project. – comments the CEO of Banco BPM, Giuseppe Castagna – With this new agreement we intend to confirm our closeness to the Cariverona Foundation and more generally to the world of foundations of banking origin which are committed to promoting important social projects in favor of the territories”.
