Banca Sistema is listed on the Stock Exchange. This was decided by the shareholders' meeting which also approved the 2014 accounts.
The bank, which specializes in factoring receivables from the Public Administration, will immediately start the listing procedures in the wake of a good 2014 which recorded a consolidated profit of 19,5 million (7 more than 2013), a Roe of 48% and a total capital ratio of 15,9%.
Banca Sistema's balance sheet assets reached 2,1 billion euro.
