Banca Sistema has signed a binding agreement with Banco BPM for the acquisition of a portfolio of loans repayable by salary-backed or pension-backed loans and/or delegation of payment and the related loan agreements.
the portfolio originated from ProFamily, the financial company of the BPM Group for the granting of consumer credit to households, already merged by incorporation into Banco BPM last June.
The transaction includes loans for a total amount of approximately 150 million euro and is in line with the objectives outlined in Banca Sistema's 2021-2023 Strategic Plan. The completion of the agreement is subject to the authorization of the Supervisory Authority.
