Banca Sella & Sace, 20 million for internationalisation

Sella and Sace have renewed the agreement aimed at supporting the internationalization activities of Italian SMEs with a limit of 20 million

The Banca Sella Group and Sace have finalized the renewal of the agreement to support Italian SMEs during their internationalization process. The agreement provides for the disbursement of loans between 100 thousand and 1,5 million euros guaranteed up to 70% by Sace up to a maximum of 20 million euro. These loans will be disbursed through "Sella Export", an instrument already tested in recent years aimed at supporting SME internationalization projects and protecting "Made in Italy" in the world.

The recipients of the loan are companies with a turnover not exceeding 250 million euros, achieved for at least 10% in foreign markets. Further condition for disbursement of the loan is that the registered office, sales management, the activity of R & D and a substantial part of productive activities of the company remain in Italy.

The loan takes the form of a loan with a maximum duration of 8 years with an interest rate indexed to the XNUMX-month Euribor plus a variable spread based on the rating and the duration of the loan. The assets that can be financed are linked to the purchase of physical, instrumental and intangible fixed assets, to expenses relating to promotional or advertising activities and to the creation of joint ventures.
