Despite some non-recurring items and consequent adjustments that weighed on the accounts, the Banca chaired by Marco Jacobini, it closed its financial year with a profit of one million and a further capital strengthening.

But the assembly's eyes were already turned to the future, namely the transformation from a cooperative into a joint-stock company as envisaged by the reform of the Popolari launched by the Renzi government but stranded in appeals to the Council of State and the Constitutional Court, which in the end gave green light for reform.

In this regard, a new meeting will be convened in September, immediately after the summer break, to deliberate on the definitive transformation into a joint stock company which, without losing its ties with the local area, will change the bank's strategy by placing the objective of growing profitability at the centre. for the benefit of the partners. In consideration of the forthcoming milestone of the spa and the arrival of new shareholders, the meeting did not resolve on the share premium.
