Banca Passadore, growing profits

The half-yearly net profit is equal to 10,1 million euro and marks a profitability index "ROE" of 12,2%, considerably higher than the average for the system - The net non-performing loans/lending ratio stands at 0,77% , with a bad debt coverage ratio of 64%.

The Bank's Board of Directors approved the accounts situation as at 30 June 2016. Despite the difficult phase affecting the banking system, in the first half of the current year the Bank still recorded further development of its business.

In particular, at the end of June loans to customers rose to 1 billion and 570 million euro (+3,5% compared to the same date of the previous year) and total deposits (direct and indirect) grew by 1% to 6 billion 445 million euros.

The net non-performing loans/lending ratio, despite the fragile economic situation, stands at 0,77%, with a coverage ratio of
non-performing loans equal to 64%.

The half-yearly net profit is equal to 10,1 million euro and marks a “ROE” profitability index of 12,2%, considerably higher than the average for the system; this figure is obtained without the substantial contribution of non-recurring income components and makes it possible to forecast, thanks to "ordinary" activity alone, a result for the whole of 2016 in line with the particularly brilliant one (14,5 million) obtained last year .

The “CET1” index as at 30 June 2016 was 13,12%. From an operational point of view, the contribution of all 22 branches of the Bank remains significant, including in particular that of the new Rome branch. Proof of this is the significant growth in the number of relationships with customers which, significantly accelerating, rose by 7,7% in the last twelve months. Furthermore, the administrative procedures to transform the Representative Office of Alba (CN), created following the recent collaboration and participatory agreement with the Banco di Credito P.Azzoaglio of Ceva, into a Filale, will soon be activated.

Finally, among the various events organized by the Bank, the fourth edition of the "Agostino Passadore" Economics and Finance Meetings will be held again this year in November, for which the participation of keynote speakers from the economic scene has already been confirmed and national finance.
