Banca Passadore: profits up (+16,7%) in the first half

For the Ligurian bank, net profit rises by 16,7 to 12,9 million, while Roe is at 10,5% - Shareholders' meeting on dividends in September

Banca Passadore: profits up (+16,7%) in the first half

Banca Passadore closed the first half with a Net income equal to 12,973 million euros, up by 16,7% compared to the first six months of 2020. The profitability index, Roe, is equal to 10,5%. Through a note, the bank underlines that the projections for the entire financial year 2021 configure a positive result, which however will not be comparable with that of the previous year which had benefited from extraordinary capital gains in the second half. 

Moving forward with the data, in the first half of 2021 customer deposits they reach 3,45 billion euros, with an increase of 9,7% compared to the same period of the previous year. THE securities administered and under management they rose by 15% to 5,431 billion euro, thanks above all to the growth of the private banking sector, in turn driven by the asset management structure. 

I funding recorded an increase of 4,8% to 2,034 billion, while the ratio between impaired loans and total loans fell to 1,29%. The asset index CET1 as at 30 June 2021 it stood at 13,5%, a value higher than the corresponding parameter required by the Bank of Italy. 

Banca Passadore's board of directors, in agreement with Bankitalia, reserves the right to convene a special shareholders' meeting after next 30 September in order to decide on the distribution of dividends currently allocated to reserves relating to the years 2020 and 2019, the latter for the residual part not yet distributed.
