Banca Passadore, profit on historical record: +62%

Historical record for Banca Passadore, which in 2019 recorded a 62% net profit growth to over 27 million euros. But this is not the only positive result approved by the Board on Tuesday 31 March. Here are the others:

- the direct collection at the end of 2019 it marks an increase of 8,4% reaching 3 billion and 72 million euros;

-  customer loans, they grow to 1 billion and 785 million euros (+5%). At the end of 2019, the ratio of net non-performing loans to total loans was still at levels of absolute excellence in the Italian banking panorama, further reducing to 1,96% in the total absence of NPL transfer transactions, never historically carried out by the Bank .

-  securities on deposit of customers rose by 2,1% to 4 billion and 781 million euros, bringing total assets under management to 7 billion and 853 million euros (+4,5%);

– The profitability index RoE it stands at 13,74%.

The Bank's capital endowment also remains at high levels: the "CET 1 ratio” is equal to 13,3%, well above the corresponding capital ratio required by the Bank of Italy during the periodic supervisory review process (“SREP”).

These positive trends were recorded, with solid and constant growth in both deposits and loans, also in the first quarter of 2020, a period in which, among other things, the new branch in Verona started up, currently located in temporary offices in a prestigious building in the city center awaiting the setting up of the definitive premises located at the same address.

With reference to the grave ongoing epidemiological crisis, Banca Passadore has put in place, right from the first signs of the emergency, all the most suitable initiatives in order to preserve the health of staff and customers, also making a concrete contribution to helping the institutions on the front line against the epidemic through a significant donation at the Infectious Diseases Clinic of the “San Martino” Hospital in Genoa.
