Passador Bank closed the 2019 financial statements with a Net income equal to 16,7 million euros, up by 2,1% on an annual basis. The result of the exercise, the best in the history of the institute, determines a profitability index (RoE) equal to 9,15%, among the highest in the banking system. The assembly approved the distribution of a dividend per unit of 0,30 euro, equivalent to that of the previous year.

Sharp increase for direct collection (+9,9%, to 2.833 million), with the total of administered masses climbed to 7 billion and 515 million.

Il ratio of non-performing loans to total loans it drops to 2,24% without the bank having ever made any NPL transfers.

On the asset side, the coefficient CET 1 ratio is equal to 13,15%.

Even in first quarter of 2019, compared to the same period last year, the Bank recorded a further growth in direct deposits (+14,6%) and indirect deposits (+9,5%). Loans are in line with the previous year. The net result for the quarter rises to 5 million and 54 thousand euros, one of the best ever, and suggests a profit for the entire year that is just as positive as that of 2018.

Meanwhile, Banca Passadore continues the plan territorial expansion: after the opening, in 2018, of the Portofino branch and the move to the new premises of the Genoa-Molassana Agency, having become the largest in the city, settlement is expected within a few months of the Alba Branch. It is also planned to open a new operational point in the north-east of Italy, which will be added to the 24 already existing in 7 Regions and 17 cities.

The Bank then launched a investment program in the field of digitalisation. In the field fintech, the institute has recently activated the Apple Pay services, which allow customers to pay via smartphone.
