The shareholders' meeting of Banca Nuova (100% owned by Banca Popolare di Vicenza), which met yesterday on Friday 2 December, formally acknowledged the resignations of the Board Directors which took place on 8 November and therefore proceeded to appoint a new Board of Directors following the decision to reduce the number of members from nine to five.
The new Directors will remain in office for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018 (therefore until the approval of the financial statements of 31
December 2018). The Shareholders' Meeting appointed Salvatore Bragantini as Chairman and Alessandro Pansa as Vice Chairman.
