Banca IMI has announced the issue of a new type of product: 8 new Cash Collect Autocallable Certificates listed on the SeDeX market of Borsa Italiana as of today 1st March 2018.
Banca IMI's Cash Collect Autocallable Certificates are investment certificates with conditionally protected capital which have the peculiarity of paying the investor unconditional fixed premiums in the first 2 six months and at the same time offer the opportunity for early repayment of the issue price.
In particular, all Cash Collect Autocallable certificates listed on 1 March 2018 have the following characteristics: issue price equal to 100 Euros, duration of 18 months and barrier observed only at maturity; provide for the payment of 2 unconditional fixed premiums for the first 2 semesters in the months of August 2018 and February 2019 regardless of the performance of the underlying share; moreover, if in the months of August 2018 and February 2019 the value of the underlying share should be equal to or greater than the initial value, the certificate also repays the issue price of Euro 100. Upon expiry, if the product has not expired in advance, the certificate pays a further conditional premium in addition to the issue price of Euro 100 if the value of the underlying is equal to or higher than the barrier level.
