Banca IFIS strengthens the team: two new managers enter

Banca Ifis announces the entry of two new managers who will strengthen the bank's team.

Since 24 February, Patrizia Giuliani has assumed the position of chief HR officer of the Group, while Katia Mariotti has become the head of the new NPL Central Management. Both report directly to the managing director Luciano Colombini.

Patrizia Giuliani, who assumes the position previously held by Paolo Zennaro, "will be involved in implementing the personnel programs and policies of the Banca IFIS Group, supporting its consolidation and growth", explains Banca Ifis in a note. In the past, the manager held the position of human resources director for Italy of Calyon Corporate and Investment bank, while from 2008 to 2018 she was HR Country Head for Ubs Europe Se and head of Human Resources for the Banca Carige Group.

Katia Mariotti's task will instead be to coordinate the presence of Banca Ifis in the sector of non-performing loans and underlying assets. Already a partner of EY and Leader of the Restructuring and Non Performing Exposures sector for the Mediterranean area, Mariotti has been a partner in leading management consultancy firms and boasts ten years of experience in the Royal Bank of Scotland between Milan, London and New York.

Mariotti will work jointly with Francesco De Marco, general manager of FBS and head of the management and recovery platforms, and with Riccardo Sigaudo, head of NPL Transactions, "to achieve together the targets outlined by the new Business Plan of the Bank", explains the institute in a note.
