The extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Banca Ifis, chaired by Ernesto Furstemberg Fassio, approved a series of statutory amendments, approved in advance by the Bank of Italy and functional to a new organizational structure which envisages the establishment of two joint general managers.
The Mestre bank has already chosen the two new top managers who will assist the CEO and who will be Fabio Lanza, who will join Banca Ifis on August 2006st, and Raffaele Zingone, who has been with the bank since XNUMX.
From XNUMX September, Banca Ifis will also have a new director of Human Resources in the person of Mauro Baracchi.
The meeting also updated the remuneration policies and the compensation plan and authorized the purchase of treasury shares.
