Banca Ifis shareholders then gave the green light to theincrease in the number of directors from 12 to 13. As a result of the enlargement of the Board of Directors and with the appointment of new directors (including seven women, with the new entries of Paola Paoloni and Roberta Gobbi), the female representation rises from 41 to 54%.

In detail, the new Board of Directors of Banca Ifis is made up of Simona Arduini, Antonella Malinconico, Beatrice Colleoni, Monica Billio, Sebastien Egon Fürstenberg, Ernesto Fürstenberg Fassio, Frederik Geertman, Monica Regazzi, Paola Paoloni, Giovanni Meruzzi, Luca Lo Giudice and Roberta Gobbi (taken from the list that obtained the highest number of votes presented by the majority shareholder La Scogliera) and Roberto Diacetti (taken from the minority list presented by a group of international and national institutional investors).
