Banca IFIS, signed the EMTN program for issues up to 5 billion euro

The EMTN program represents a flexible tool as it allows Banca IFIS both to promptly exploit favorable market windows for the issue of bond loans, and to issue various categories of debt financial instruments.

Banca IFIS announces that it has signed today the Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) programme, announced in July 2017. The programme, with duration of one year and the possibility of renewal, has an overall maximum issue ceiling that can be accumulated within the program equal to 5 billion euro, and is reserved exclusively for institutional investors in Italy and abroad with the exclusion of the United States pursuant to Regulation S of the United Securities Act of 1933.
