Banca Ifis participates in a 65 million loan aimed at supporting the external growth of the laboratories and specialist diagnostic centers of Bianalisi Spa, aItalian company from Carate Brianza (Province of Monza and Brianza) which offers laboratory services of clinical analysis and specialist diagnostics to private and corporate clients.
Banca Ifis, which also acted as organizing bank and agent bank, was not alone in financing Bianalisi: also Banca Sella and the management company Springrowth SGR they contributed to the structured finance transaction for a total of 65 million euros.
"The operation supports the company's business model based on the consolidation of the acquired companies and the related realization of the synergistic potential", the institute said in a note. For Banca IFIS it is the second loan to support Bianalisi's growth plans, after an initial operation signed in June 2018.
On a Piazza Affari that mid-morning is in positive territory at +0,95%, the share of Banca Ifis in Milan is also up at +0,56%.
