Ernesto Furstenberg Fassio, son of the historic Chairman of Banca IFIS Sebastien Egon von Fürstenberg, becomes the majority shareholder of La Scogliera spa (of which he is managing director) and consequently of the Venetian bank, of which La Scogliera is the parent company with 50,5 % of capital. The handover without inheritance tax was authorized by the ECB on 22 May and consists of the transfer to the young manager, became vice president of Banca IFIS a year ago, of the bare ownership of 1.130.682 ordinary shares of La Scogliera, representing approximately 51% of the share capital and related voting rights.
