Bank Ifis will distribute a gross dividend per unit relating to the 2019 financial year equal to € 1,10 per share. The bank announces it in a note, specifying that the decision "executes the resolution of the shareholders' meeting of 23 April 2020", which in turn arrived "in light of the recommendation of the Bank of Italy of 27 July 2021 on the distribution of dividends and on the banks' variable remuneration policies".
Banca Ifis also underlines that, "subject to the outcome of the discussion with the Authority as part of the regular supervisory dialogue - continues the note - the amount will be paid from 20 October 2021 with record date 19 October 2021 and date coupon detachment on October 18, 2021. Payment will be made through the authorized financial intermediaries with whom the shares are registered in the Monte Titoli System”.
By mid-morning, Banca Ifis' share on the Stock Exchange gained 2,3%, to 16,9 euro.
