Banca Ifis confirms i financial results for 2014 and proposes to the shareholders' meeting a dividend of 0,66 euro per share. The complete versions of the Financial Statements and the press release relating to the 2014 financial year are now available in the dedicated sections of the website www.bancaifis.it, and the board of directors has also mandated the Chairman Sebastien von Fürstenberg to convene on 2 April 2015 the Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements and the proposal to the Shareholders' Meeting for the dividend of 0,66 euros per share.
"The Bank had declared its commitment to maintain a pay-out ratio no lower than that of 2013, with an increase in the dividend proportional to the profit" he said Giovanni Bossi, Chief Executive Officer of the Group. “We have maintained this guideline: the proposed dividend is almost ten cents higher than the one distributed in 2013, which was already a multi-utility dividend. This – concludes Bossi – is a sign of the solidity of the Group, which again in 2014 recorded excellent results and significant growth in all core sectors, and which has excellent solvency ratios”.
At the beginning of the afternoon, Banca Ifis shares gained more than 2% in Piazza Affari, a €16,31 per share.
